Join Michstory Tours with the New Baltimore Historical Society for a Cemetery Walk in New Baltimore. The tour begins at the Grand Pacific House Museum at 51058-51059 Washington St, New Baltimore, MI 48047.  Begin your day's journey learning about American mourning and funeral culture with historian Kim Parr at the Grand Pacific House Museum. Tour the museum that will be set for a wake. Enjoy some refreshments at the museum before you join your tour guide in front of the museum. There you will board a bus to the local historic cemetery where you will meet local ancestors portrayed by reenactors dressed in period clothing recalling their tales by their graveside. Tickets are limited, non-refundable, and must be purchased in advance and cost $20 per person. Note: Since there is no parking lot at the cemetery all tours must begin with the tour guide aboard a bus leaving from the Grand Pacific House Museum. Please email michstorytours@gmail.com after you purchase your tickets to find out when your specific time slot for the tour is to depart for the cemetery.
